About SHRAS IT Solutions
Headquartered in the region, with delivery teams on the ground across the GCC. We build, run and transform enterprise platforms for healthcare, banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, telecom and government, under regulators that don't tolerate downtime.
Live · 7 offices · multiple regions · 2026
Most consultancies hand over a deck and walk away. We run our own platforms, EnFieldo, SHRAS FMS on IBM Maximo Real Estate & Facilities and Archibus, our HIS in many hospitals, our RPA, BI, ticketing and HRMS products. The teams that advise you are the same teams that ship for us.
No bait-and-switch with juniors after the SOW. The architects and leads in the pitch are the ones in the build. We staff for accountability, not for utilization curves on a spreadsheet.
Project closes; the relationship doesn't. Hypercare, AMS, 24/7 ops with SLAs aligned to your business hours, quarterly business reviews, and a continuous-improvement backlog. Two-thirds of our work is repeat clients.
Hospitals under CBAHI and JCIA. Banks under SAMA and CBB. Oil & gas under a national oil major's contractor playbook. Government under sovereign-data rules. The standards aren't a feature, they're table stakes.
We're recognized across the GCC for SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics implementations, and for staying in the room after go-live. National transformation programs, sovereign cloud migrations, healthcare digitization under MoH and CBAHI, IBM Maximo for national operators, and Archibus IWMS at a flagship university, under the same delivery practice.

A decade on
Each chapter changed how we work, and what we're willing to be accountable for.
Three engineers, a serious bet on enterprise software for hospitals. The first HIS goes live in a 200-bed teaching hospital, the foundation of a practice that still runs today.
A subcontract on a national oil major's facility-management programme pulls us into the region. The work earns us a permanent seat at the table in the GCC and our first GCC office the same year.
EAM and IWMS move from a side capability to a named practice. Maximo work-orders, Archibus IWMS rollouts, and a field-services bench staffed for oil & gas, government and higher-ed.
iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter and bespoke web product engineering. The team ships 80+ apps in a single year for banks, hospitals, retailers and government, the start of a 260+ app portfolio.
International clients pull us into a new region. Healthcare and managed services follow. Round-the-clock operations, follow-the-sun L1–L3 support, and a bench fluent in HIPAA and healthcare workflows.
Devices live at scale across facilities, oil & gas, healthcare and smart-city pilots. Edge-to-cloud telemetry, anomaly detection and asset-condition models packaged as a repeatable offering, not a one-off integration.
New GCC delivery centres open with permanent local delivery teams, not a sales front. Arabic-fluent project leads, GCC labour-law payrolls, and engagement models built for sovereign-data clients.
A French- and Arabic-fluent delivery centre opens for francophone and multilingual clients. Custom web platforms, mobility programmes and Maximo/Archibus rollouts now staffed in three time zones.
Seven offices, multiple regions, eight industries. Heavy investment into AI-augmented engineering and Maximo + AI for predictive maintenance. The next chapter of the practice is being written by the same teams that wrote the last one.
Where we deliver
Cities our teams live in, not cities our names appear in. Local delivery, local language coverage, local time-zone support, paired with a global engineering bench.
Leadership
On a typical engagement you'll meet some combination of these six. Names, faces and bios are being prepared with our partners and will appear here shortly.

Partnerships
IBM and Eptura (Archibus) for asset and facility management — our flagship partnerships. On top of that we implement the enterprise platforms our clients run: ERP, cloud, data and AI. A focused delivery practice, not a logo wall.
