What we deliver

Six capabilities, packaged or à la carte.

  • 01

    Implementation

Greenfield rollouts and brownfield migrations across single and multi-country footprints, with rollback-safe cutover plans.

  • 02

    Application support

AMS contracts and 24/7 production support across time zones. L1 to L3 across SAP, Oracle and Dynamics, with named escalation paths.

  • 03

    Roll-outs

Country-by-country expansion with localized tax, statutory reporting and language packs across the GCC and global markets.

  • 04

    Upgrades & migrations

Version upgrades and S/4HANA conversions, RISE-with-SAP, Oracle EBS to Fusion, Dynamics AX to D365, with audited cutover gates.

  • 05

    Enhancements

Custom development, integration, and process optimization on existing instances, ABAP, OAF, X++, plus modern API layers.

  • 06

    Advisory

Selection, fit-gap, target operating model and program governance. Vendor-neutral until a platform is signed; ruthless after.

Methodology

Six phases from kickoff to hypercare.

  1. Shape

2 to 6 weeks. Outcomes, scope, fit-gap, target architecture, named team, dated plan.

  2. Design

Process design workshops, gap closure, prototype build of the high-risk flows.

  3. Build

Configuration, custom development, integration build, data migration scripts. Sprint cadence with two-weekly playbacks.

  4. Test

SIT, UAT, performance, security, parallel run on the financials. Acceptance criteria written before build, not at the end.

  5. Cutover

Mock cutovers, rollback rehearsal, go / no-go on data quality, dual run if regulator demands. Hypercare named at sign-off.

  6. Run

AMS handover or in-house enablement. Quarterly business review, managed backlog of wins, SLA you can defend.

Why SHRAS for ERP

Anchor-grade rigour, mid-market commercials.

ERP-shaped consultants

Our seniors have sat in finance, supply-chain and HR seats inside the kinds of organisations they now advise. They run the workshop in the language the controller actually speaks.

One bench, three platforms

SAP, Oracle and Dynamics teams share a common delivery practice, methodology, governance, QA. Cross-platform context becomes a hidden advantage on heterogeneous estates.

Anchor-account heritage

A decade inside one of the most demanding SAP estates in the world. The bar set there is the bar we apply to every program, even small ones.

Honest cutover gates

We say no to a go-live if the data isn’t there. Our cutover gates are written, signed and held to. It’s why our clients sign the next phase.

FAQ

The questions that come up before kickoff.

  • Greenfield S/4HANA or brownfield conversion?

Brownfield wins when the source data is clean and the process inventory is known. Greenfield wins when finance wants the org-design reset that a fresh chart of accounts buys. We test both in a 4-week shape phase before recommending.

  • Can you co-deliver with our incumbent SI?

Yes. Most of our SAP programs are co-deliveries with a partner already on site. We bring the AMS bench, the rollout muscle and the governance. We’re comfortable not owning the badge.

  • Where does AMS sit, on-prem, cloud or RISE?

All three. Our AMS practice runs S/4 on RISE, on private cloud, and on remaining on-prem ECC estates. We’ll tell you when the platform call is wrong before we touch the contract.

  • How do you handle data migration risk?

Migration scripts are a deliverable, not a side effect. We require a numerical match against source within an agreed tolerance before sign-off. The migration team reports to the program, not to the build team.

  • What does the commercial model look like?

Time & material for shape and design. Fixed-price or capped-T&M for build. Service-credit-backed AMS for run. We structure to your procurement, not ours.
