Nine consulting areas. One delivery-tested perspective.

Every recommendation we make has been delivered, somewhere, by us, more than once. Strategy without delivery muscle memory is just slideware.

01 / 06

Enterprise architecture

Current-state honest. Target-state defendable.

Application portfolios, integration patterns, data domains and technology rationalization, mapped against the systems already in production. TOGAF and ArchiMate where it helps, plain English everywhere it does not.

  • Application portfolio rationalization (TIME, 6Rs)
  • Integration patterns and event-fabric design
  • Data domain modelling and master-data strategy
  • Reference and target-state architecture in ArchiMate

Engagement lifecycle

Six steps. From frame to hand-off in six to twelve weeks.

  1. 01

    Frame

One-week framing: stakeholder map, problem statement and success criteria written, agreed and signed before discovery starts.

  2. 02

    Discover

Stakeholder interviews, document review, architecture workshops and current-state baselining. Outputs are auditable and yours.

  3. 03

    Hypothesize

Two to three options analyzed with written trade-offs, costed and risked. We bring a recommended option, with the rejected paths in writing.

  4. 04

    Decide

Decision workshop with the steering group. We facilitate, we do not narrate, the decision is yours and lands on the page.

  5. 05

    Plan

Roadmap with named workstreams, milestones, dependencies, costs and the change-management spine. Defendable to the board.

  6. 06

    Hand off

Decision pack, board pack, architecture artefacts and a kickoff briefing for whichever team takes the work forward, ours or yours.

How we approach work

Four written principles, not a marketing wallpaper.

Strategy work fails on soft contract terms, not the org chart. Here is what we put in writing before you sign anything.

Outcomes before slideware

Every engagement opens with a written hypothesis: what should change, by how much, by when. That document is what we are measured against.

Senior people in the room

Principal architects and senior advisors lead the work. No partner-led pitch, then handover to graduates two days into the project.

Vendor-independent advice

We deliver SAP, Oracle, AWS and Azure inside this firm. We will tell you when our delivery practice is the wrong fit for your problem.

Receipts at the end

Recommendations come with the data, the assumptions and the rebuild path. We expect the next consultant to be able to verify our work.

Engagement models

Three commercial shapes. Pick the one that fits the question on the table.

Mode 01Diagnostic

Two to four week sprint, written outputs.

Compact engagements: assessment, architecture review, cost baseline or due-diligence. Written report you can take to the board.

  • Fixed price
  • Two to four weeks
  • Written report + board pack
Mode 02Roadmap

Six to twelve weeks, decision-ready plan.

Full strategy or operating-model engagement with workshops, options analysis and a costed three-to-five year plan.

  • Workshop-driven
  • Options & business cases
  • Three to five year plan
Mode 03Embedded

Independent advisor inside your team.

An embedded principal architect or strategist working with your CIO or CTO across multiple programmes for a quarter or longer.

  • Per-month retainer
  • One quarter minimum
  • Veto on architecture decisions

Frameworks we work with

Frameworks where they help. Plain English where they do not.

Our principals are TOGAF, SAFe, FinOps and ITIL certified. We use the framework vocabulary in your room only when it earns its keep.

  • TOGAF 9.2· Architecture
  • ArchiMate· Architecture
  • Zachman· Architecture

  • COBIT 2019· Governance
  • FinOps Foundation· FinOps
