Facility Manager
Lead facility operations for a flagship enterprise client. Single point of accountability for service delivery, vendors, and SLA performance.
What you'll do

Own day-to-day facility operations and service delivery against contractual SLAs
- 02
Manage vendors, contractors, and the on-ground technician team
- 03
Run monthly business reviews with the client's facilities lead
- 04
Drive continuous improvement on cost, energy and tenant experience metrics
What we're looking for
- 01
5+ years managing facility operations at enterprise scale
- 02
Familiarity with CAFM/EAM platforms (Maximo, Archibus or equivalent)
- 03
Strong vendor management and commercial discipline
- 04
Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities or related
