Deploy and operate ManageEngine across our managed-services clients. Configuration, integrations, dashboards, and L2/L3 ownership.
What you'll do

Deploy and configure ManageEngine modules across our client portfolio
- 02
Build dashboards, reports and integrations with ServiceNow / Jira
- 03
Own L2/L3 incidents on the ManageEngine stack
- 04
Train client teams on day-to-day administration
What we're looking for
- 01
3+ years working hands-on with ManageEngine
- 02
Strong scripting (PowerShell, Python or shell)
- 03
Familiarity with ITSM frameworks
- 04
Customer-facing communication skills
